According to an article in CRM Guidebooks, a recent Yankee Group survey “Anywhere Enterprise–Large: U.S. Mobility and Applications Survey” identified that businesses can realize many advantages from mobile business apps which include 28 percent increased field selling time, 27 percent eliminated redundant activities, 26 percent increased win rates, 25 percent reduced sales calls costs, 25 percent increased forecast accuracy, 24 percent decreased administrative time, and 23 percent decreased sales cycle among others.
